Victoire is a global tech accountability and information integrity expert. Prior to founding WHAT TO FIX, she spearheaded tech accountability efforts out of Myanmar from 2016-2023. She’s conducted extensive research on social media in crisis and authoritarian contexts and pioneered a range of research and risk mitigation strategies. Victoire holds a MA in Conflict, Security and Development from King’s College London and a BA in International Studies from Warwick University. Originally from France, she has lived and worked in Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Haiti, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the US, and the UK.
