there isn't a one paragraph description of our work, that should be top of the 'about us' page really (or somewhere else prominent).
the 'join us' click on the front page links to the team, and you need to then click 'join us' again to get to vacancies
should 'join us' even by so prominent on our front page? it would be better if there's a link there to how we work (the link sits underneath WE’RE FIXING INTERNET INTEGRITY and the logical link would be to the 'our work' page, which instead is linked only at the very bottom of the front page)
the 'blog' link really should say 'publications', 'blog' sounds far less important
the pinned publication on the 'blog' (which should be publications) page should not be last year's EP event, it should be one of our investigations
cover images could use a sample template like below to ensure consistency
